GrizzlyRadar is an AI-powered legal information tool. It is not a law firm and cannot replace advice from a qualified Ontario lawyer or licensed paralegal.
Grizzly Asset Holdings Inc.
Terms of Use
These Terms govern use of GrizzlyRadar and LeaseProtect, including accounts, uploaded leases, paid products, AI-generated outputs, refunds, and short-retention document handling.
Uploaded lease files and generated report artifacts are deleted within 24 hours, while account, payment, refund, and policy records may remain longer when needed.
Full Lease Review is sold per lease, GrizzlyRadar Premium is currently a one-time purchase, and refund outcomes may depend on delivery and usage signals.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of GrizzlyRadar and LeaseProtect, which are operated by Grizzly Asset Holdings Inc. By creating an account, accessing the service, uploading a document, purchasing a product, or otherwise using GrizzlyRadar, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use GrizzlyRadar. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
GrizzlyRadar is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, upload lease documents, make a purchase, or use paid features.
You may use the service only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law and are not prohibited from using the service under applicable laws or regulations.
3. Service Description
GrizzlyRadar is an AI-powered housing and legal information tool designed to help users review housing options, upload lease documents, generate informational analyses, and manage related account, billing, refund, and support workflows.
The service currently includes account-based access control, verified-email checkout gating, per-lease Full Lease Review purchases, GrizzlyRadar Premium as a one-time purchase, referral tracking, and account-linked report and refund records.
4. No Legal Advice; No Lawyer-Client or Paralegal-Client Relationship
GrizzlyRadar is not a law firm, is not a paralegal practice, and does not provide legal advice. Nothing in the service, including any generated analysis, clause flag, explanation, email draft, question list, score, or recommendation, is legal advice.
Your use of GrizzlyRadar does not create a lawyer-client, paralegal-client, fiduciary, or other professional advisory relationship between you and Grizzly Asset Holdings Inc. or any of its personnel.
The service should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified Ontario lawyer or licensed paralegal who can review your specific lease, facts, and risk tolerance.
5. AI and Output Limitations
GrizzlyRadar uses automated systems and AI-assisted processes to generate outputs. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, inconsistent, or not tailored to your full circumstances.
The service may miss issues, overstate issues, misclassify clauses, or generate summaries and drafts that require independent review. You remain solely responsible for reviewing your lease, verifying important information, and deciding whether to sign, negotiate, reject, or act on any housing or lease-related matter.
You are responsible for any decision, action, or omission made in reliance on the service or its outputs.
6. Accounts and Security
You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs through your account.
Your account is the system of record for report ownership, purchases, entitlement access, policy acceptance, refund requests, and account recovery. Verified email is required before checkout so GrizzlyRadar can tie paid access and purchase recovery to the correct account.
Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization or if your contact information changes.
7. Payments, Products, and Pricing
Paid products, pricing, and checkout terms are presented in the service at the time of purchase. Full Lease Review is sold on a per-lease basis. GrizzlyRadar Premium is currently offered as a one-time purchase unless we clearly state otherwise before purchase.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment transaction and agree to Stripe's applicable checkout and payment terms.
Taxes, currency handling, product availability, and pricing may change over time. We may correct obvious pricing or configuration errors and may decline or cancel a transaction when necessary to address misuse, fraud, technical failure, or payment verification issues.
8. Refund Policy Framework
Refund requests must be submitted through the account associated with the purchase unless we expressly agree otherwise. Refund eligibility is assessed using account, entitlement, delivery, and usage signals rather than a blanket no-questions-asked model.
Our review may consider factors such as duplicate charges, fraud indicators, payment errors, technical delivery failures, whether a report was generated, whether premium features were meaningfully used, and whether prior refund requests already exist for the same purchase.
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. Additional details are reflected in the in-product refund flow and any product-specific refund disclosures presented at the time of purchase.
9. Acceptable Use Restrictions
You may not use GrizzlyRadar to violate law, infringe rights, interfere with the service, or exploit the platform in bad faith.
- Upload documents or content you do not have the right to use or disclose.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, probe, overload, or bypass security, access controls, entitlement checks, or rate limits.
- Use the service to generate deceptive, unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent content, including impersonation or misleading referral activity.
- Resell, sublicense, mirror, or commercially exploit the service or outputs except as expressly permitted by us in writing.
- Use automated means to access the service in a way that could damage availability, performance, or data integrity.
10. Intellectual Property
GrizzlyRadar, LeaseProtect, the software, visual design, workflows, prompts, models, analyses, and related content are owned by Grizzly Asset Holdings Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain your rights in materials you upload, subject to the limited rights needed for us and our service providers to host, process, analyze, secure, transmit, and delete that content in order to operate the service.
Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no license or ownership interest is transferred to you.
11. Temporary File and Report Retention
Lease files and generated report artifacts are intended for short retention. Uploaded lease files and generated report artifacts are deleted within 24 hours as part of the service's privacy and storage model.
Account records, entitlement records, refund records, policy acceptance records, financial records, and certain operational or security logs may be retained longer when needed for account integrity, support, fraud prevention, auditability, or legal compliance.
12. Service Availability and Modification Rights
We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of GrizzlyRadar at any time, including products, features, pricing, workflows, analysis logic, integrations, or availability by geography, institution, or user segment.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or continued availability of any feature, output type, or historical interface.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grizzly Asset Holdings Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, housing opportunity, or anticipated savings arising out of or related to the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us for the specific product giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability, or CAD $100.
These limitations apply whether the claim is based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of the relevant loss.
14. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Grizzly Asset Holdings Inc. and its affiliates, personnel, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of GrizzlyRadar, your uploaded content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or another person's rights.
15. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to the service or particular features if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the service or other users, engaged in fraud or abuse, or if continued access is not operationally, commercially, or legally appropriate.
You may stop using the service at any time. Account deletion requests are handled through the account workflow and may trigger a delayed purge process for account-linked private data, while certain records may be retained where legally required or reasonably necessary for legitimate business purposes.
16. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to GrizzlyRadar are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Subject to applicable law, you agree that courts located in Ontario, Canada will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the service.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, operational needs, or risk management practices. The updated Terms will take effect when posted unless we state a later effective date.
Your continued use of GrizzlyRadar after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
