Partner Data Terms

These Partner Data Terms describe baseline data-handling expectations for broker partners, pilot partners, and other partner users who access GrizzlyRadar partner portals, partner dashboards, mortgage handoff files, campaign analytics, or attribution reports.

They supplement any separate written agreement with Grizzly Asset Holdings Inc. If a signed agreement conflicts with these online terms, the signed agreement controls to the extent of the conflict.

Partners may access only leads, dashboard data, demo data, and campaign records associated with their own authorized partner account or partner key.

Partners must not attempt to access, infer, export, scrape, or use another partner's leads, attribution data, dashboard data, or campaign performance.

Partners must handle borrower data lawfully, securely, and only for the purpose authorized by the borrower consent and the GrizzlyRadar workflow.

Partners must not resell, rent, disclose, enrich, profile, or misuse borrower data, and must not use borrower data for unrelated marketing unless they have a valid independent legal basis and required consent.

Partners must honor consent limits, deletion or correction requests communicated through GrizzlyRadar where applicable, and any additional restrictions in their agreement with Grizzly Asset Holdings Inc.

GrizzlyRadar provides educational mortgage-readiness estimates only. Partners are responsible for any mortgage advice, suitability assessment, product recommendation, rate discussion, approval discussion, or regulated activity they provide.

Partners must ensure that borrower follow-up is performed by appropriately licensed mortgage professionals where required.

Grizzly Asset Holdings Inc. may use aggregate or de-identified partner, campaign, funnel, lead status, booking click, and dashboard performance analytics to operate, improve, price, sell, and evaluate the Mortgage Entry Engine.

Aggregate or de-identified analytics should not be used by partners to re-identify individual borrowers.

Demo data is fake, synthetic, and for demonstration or training only. Partners must not treat demo leads as real borrowers or use demo contact details for outreach.

Dashboard access may be suspended, limited, or terminated for expired, cancelled, paused, unpaid, misconfigured, or non-compliant partners.

After termination, partners must stop using borrower data obtained through GrizzlyRadar except where retention is legally required or expressly permitted by written agreement. Partners must return, delete, or restrict data as directed by Grizzly Asset Holdings Inc. or as required by applicable law and contract.
