Cookie / Tracking Notice
This notice explains essential cookies, anonymous analytics, partner/campaign attribution, consent preferences, and future marketing tracking controls for GrizzlyRadar.
Anonymous mortgage funnel events are recorded only when the applicable analytics preference allows them.
Marketing or retargeting tags are blocked unless marketing consent is granted.
1. Overview
This Cookie / Tracking Notice explains how GrizzlyRadar uses cookies, sessions, consent preferences, partner attribution, anonymous analytics events, and optional marketing tracking.
GrizzlyRadar is owned and operated by Grizzly Asset Holdings Inc. This notice should be read with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Essential Cookies and Sessions
Essential cookies and sessions are required for login state, account security, CSRF protection, form continuity, referral continuity, privacy preference storage, and basic site operation.
For the Mortgage Entry Engine, essential session attribution can preserve partner and campaign routing so partner-branded pages, enabled path filtering, handoff context, and dashboard attribution work without blocking the borrower flow.
Rejecting optional tracking does not block essential site function.
3. Anonymous Analytics Events
If analytics is allowed, GrizzlyRadar may record first-party anonymous events such as mortgage entry page views, goal selections, intake starts, intake completions, result views, broker handoff starts, consented handoff submissions, booking CTA clicks, partner dashboard views, and lead status updates.
If a coarse geolocation provider is configured, analytics events may include approximate country, region/province/state, and optional city. Exact location, GPS coordinates, Wi-Fi location, and email-to-location lookup are not used.
Analytics events are designed not to store borrower contact details such as name, email, phone number, or raw private notes.
4. Marketing or Retargeting Tracking
Marketing or retargeting cookies, tags, or pixels are not intended to run unless marketing consent is granted.
If marketing tools are added later, GrizzlyRadar will use the consent state to decide whether those tags may run.
5. Partner and Campaign Attribution
Mortgage partner and campaign attribution may include partner slug, partner key, campaign slug, source, medium, landing path, anonymous session id, and consent state.
Where analytics consent allows it and a provider is configured, attribution reports may include approximate regional context such as country, region/province/state, and optional city.
This attribution helps Grizzly Asset Holdings Inc. and authorized broker partners understand which partner or campaign created visits, intake starts, completed mortgage entries, consented handoffs, booking clicks, and pipeline movement.
6. Consent Preferences and Withdrawal
You can accept optional tracking, reject optional tracking, or manage preferences through the privacy preferences control.
Consent states may include unknown, essential only, analytics allowed, and marketing allowed. You may change your preference later using the same control or by clearing cookies and choosing again.
